Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available to registered buyers approved by Admin. Pay the agreed order total on delivery. Cards, digital wallets and mobile banking will be available soon.

Location and delivery

Confirm your delivery location / pin before ordering. Save your delivery location in your buyer account; it will be displayed on your next order. Change it when your delivery location changes. Search distance starts at 10 km and can be changed from 1 to 20,000 km to explore shops worldwide; it is a straight-line estimate. Local delivery depends on the shop’s delivery area. Courier currently supports only eligible dry foods and dry herbal products. For long-distance delivery worldwide, products must be dry / dehydrated, marked as suitable by the seller and confirmed by Admin.

Gallery, Language and Currency

Choose English, Urdu or Arabic beside the currency selector. Open Gallery from the footer for photos, notes and video links. Search titles and notes and choose Grid or List. Photo opens a larger picture; Watch video opens the social media page. Normally titles and notes are entered in English and translated into Urdu and Arabic on save. Currency is selected automatically for supported regions using your device’s time zone. Buyers and sellers worldwide can choose any available currency. Exchange rates refresh automatically from ExchangeRate-API. Converted prices are estimates.

Help with an order

Buyers can report a delivery problem or request a refund within five hours of delivery from their order details. Admin reviews requests; reporting does not automatically approve or pay a refund. For COD disputes or refunds, contact FreshFoods support on WhatsApp; the number is given in Gallery. Public comments are published with Buyer permission and Admin approval.

Account security and notifications

Buyers register with WhatsApp / Mobile and a password; email is optional. Sellers also provide a required email address. Sign in using your registered WhatsApp / Mobile or email and password. Buyers with confirmed email receive Order Placed, Preparation, Delivered and Cancelled update emails. WhatsApp messages are sent manually by staff. Never share passwords or OTPs. Contact Admin (WhatsApp number in Gallery) if account confirmation needs help.

Install FreshFoods on your phone

iPhone / iPad

1. Open freshfoods.pk in Safari.
2. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
3. If shown, enable Open as Web App, then tap Add.
4. Open the FreshFoods icon on your Home Screen. Sign in if requested.

Android

Download the FreshFoods APK from freshfoods.pk on your Android phone and open it to install. If Android asks, allow installation from your browser. If Google Play Protect shows an unfamiliar-app notice, review More details. Choose Install anyway only if that option is offered and you trust the APK downloaded directly from freshfoods.pk. Keep Play Protect enabled. If it identifies the app as harmful, stop and contact FreshFoods support using the WhatsApp number in Gallery.

An internet connection is required to shop and manage orders.
